Treatment costs

It can sometimes be hard to know what cover to choose if you are unsure about the true cost of treatment.

We recommend you speak to a medical advisor for information on costs as these can vary from country to country and region to region. It sometimes helps to show them a copy of the relevant brochure or policy summary to illustrate which benefits and level are appropriate for you. Visit the Literature page to print off a copy.

The following examples of common procedures and UK prices may help you decide which level and benefits you need from your medical insurance. The cost of care in the UK is fairly high so may not be comparable to your country's requirements.
