- Pre-Admission Tests - If carried out in the 2 weeks prior to your admission - Paid in Full within hospital charges.
- Parental Accommodation - For one parent if child is under 12 and named on the policy - Paid in Full.
- Out-Patient Surgery - Paid in Full
- Out-Patient Services - Specialist Consultations including follow-ups, minor surgery, diagnostic tests, x-rays and scans - €3,000.
- Complementary Treatment - Such as physiotherapy, osteopathy and chiropractic treatment - €1,250.
- Oncology - For radiotherapy,chemotherapy and other non-surgical cancer therapies under the management of, and including the fees of, an oncologist. Cancer surgery is paid out of the In-Patient and Day-Patient benefits - €55,000.
- Home Nursing - For medical and opposed to domestic reasons - €1,300.
- Private Ambulance - When medically essential - €550.

- Psychiatric treatment
- Maternity
- Pregnancy complications
- Dental treatment
- Treatment outside of the EEA
- Evacuation or repatriation
