Applications Submit either on-line, post or fax (fax copies will be processed but we also need receipt of the original).
Quote and Apply Quotations can be requested on the website without a password or requested from Intermediary Support by telephone, fax or email.
On-line Applications can be submitted for moratorium or full medical declaration. You will need a "user name" and "password" to ensure the business is attributed to your agency.

Activation of policy - Policy Acceptance - All customers (broker and direct) who have completed new UK/Euro/Resident Health Plan application forms are contacted 7/14 days after documents are issued to activate their policy.
If an on-line or Interplan Worldwide application is received they will be sent a Policy Acceptance form with their policy documents which needs to be returned by post. The instruction to return this is clearly stated in red in the welcome letter.
Once activation is agreed by the policy holder finance will write to confirm activation and advise the payment date (14 days after start date or from date of activation whichever is longer).
