If you are not satisfied
As a company, we pride ourselves with providing an excellent service to our members but unfortunately, we do not always get it right. If you are not satisfied with the service that you have received, please let us know by calling Customer Support on +44 (0) 1392 353500 who should be able to resolve the matter to your satisfaction, if not they will refer the matter to the appropriate manager and/or director.
If you are still dissatisfied with our response, we will refer the matter to our Quality Controller who will investigate your complaint separately.
If at the end of this process, you still feel that your complaint has not been resolved, you can refer the matter to the Financial Ombudsman Service. Full details will be provided by the Society's Quality Controller with the Society's final response.
