Our simple Telephone Authorisation process
We understand that when you need to make a claim, it can be a stressful time and are here to make it as straightforward as possible for you.
We can talk you through the claims process and usually make a decision whilst you are on the telephone. All we need is to ask you a few questions.
Once your claim has been approved, you will be able to go for treatment, safe in the knowledge that it is covered under your plan. You don't even have to concern yourself about paying any bills - we will settle directly with the hospital or provider, making the whole process easier for you.
