How to claim - international

We understand that when you need to make a claim, it can be a stressful time and are here to make it as straightforward as possible for you.

To improve the service to our members who reside in Europe the Society has become a member of CareBridges International. If you are in Spain, France, Portugal, Italy or Germany and should it be necessary for you to have a scan or be admitted to hospital, please ensure that you contact Customer Support on +44 1392 353500 before your visit to the hospital so that we can arrange your admission through our Carebridges partners. All Interplan Euro, Interplan Expat and Resident (GII) Healthplan members should call Customer Support on the same number for speedy claim pre-authorisation over the telephone.

For other International plans, we have a simple claims form to complete. You can download and print one at any time from the website, see below, or contact us to request one in the post.

By you and your specialist answering the few questions on the form and sending it to us, we can assess your claim.

Whichever way you begin your claim, once it has been approved, you will be able to go for treatment, safe in the knowledge that it is covered under your chosen plan benefits. You don't even have to concern yourself about paying any bills - we can settle directly with the hospital or provider, making the whole process easier for you.
