What should I do if the treatment I need is not available at a hospital on my list?

Occasionally, a specialist may refer you to a hospital that is not on our Hospital List. In certain circumstances, the Society may be able to negotiate a special package price so that you may have treatment at that hospital. Please contact Customer Support on 01392 353500 who will be able to advise you. There may be a £100 fee charged for negotiating your treatment.

What should I do if I am Overseas?

International plans with the Society do not have a hospital list but please contact us to ensure your claim will be covered under your plan. See International Claims.
