GP Helpline
If you have ever experienced problems getting an appointment to see your GP (or you live overseas and would like to speak to a UK doctor), you will understand the importance of the GP helpline.
Your policy gives you access to a Private UK GP helpline service, which is open 24 hours a day, 7 days per week.
Simply call the UK GP Helpline on +44 (0) 118 936 5655, quoting your policy number to arrange for a GP to call you. They will be able to offer detailed information about your symptoms, your diagnosis or treatment.
You will only be charged for the initial call to the operator.
