IMPORTANT UPDATE
NEW FOR 2008 10% CO-PAYMENT LEVEL FOR SHARED CARE CAPPED AT £2,000
We have introduced a NEW 10% co-payment level to Shared Care in addition to the current 25% and 50% options. Your client’s responsibility with a 10% co-payment is capped at £2,000 within the eligible benefit limits, giving you another opportunity to promote and sell this innovative plan. The benefits remain the same but don’t forget the Oncology benefit was increased by £10,000 to £25,000 this year (this benefit is for the delivery of radiotherapy and chemotherapy and associated costs – cancer surgery is paid from the In/Day-Patient benefit).
