  Established in 1927, we have been providing Private Medical Insurance ever since. We take pride in offering quality products and are renowned for the high levels of customer service that we give our members.

  As a friendly society, we have no shareholders, meaning that we can concentrate our efforts on our members and improving the service and benefits.

• Our Standards

  We aim to maintain and consistently improve our very high standards of service:

  • to respond to applications for policies, or to amend cover within 5 working days
  • to process properly presented, eligible invoices for benefit within 10 working days
  • to respond to correspondence and any other policy queries within 5 working days

  You can purchase a plan from the Society by contacting us directly, asking your Intermediary or financial adviser to consider our healthcare plans or completing an application from this website.
